Phase 1 (2 weeks)
Foods allowed: Hard-boiled eggs (egg whites, 1 egg yolk a day); mixed greens salads; steamed or sauteed vegetables (organic low starch vegetables); cauliflower; fresh and canned wild salmon and other types of fish; nuts raw unsalted, especially almonds (8-10 a day); mushrooms, celery, asparagus, spices (like red pepper flakes etc); tofu;
flax seeds
drink plenty of water,
Sport: work out 1 to 2 times daily; 60 to 90 min daily; 6-7 days a week.
Eat 5 times a day from 7 am until 7 pm, NO food after 7 pm!!! (eating times~ 7am, 10am, 1 pm, 4pm, 6.30pm)
Y nego v knige eshe recepty raznue ochen mnogo.. No ya ottuda prakticheski nichego ne gotovliu, mne samoi nravitsya pridumuvat')) glavnoe, chtobu kaloriinost kak y nego bula i sochetanie belki-zhiry-uglevodu takoe zhe primerno.. Y nego srednyaya kaloriinost v den' vsego lish 950-1000 kkal !!! Ya pravda izmenyau diety nemnogo, dobavliau kusochek hleba v den i yablochko))
Take supplements! Ya prinimau multivitamins, calcium, ginseng pill (dlya energii, oni naturalnue iz trav..)
Vprincipe, dieta dovolno horoshaya i vkusnaya, esli vse pravilno gotovit, no dovolno strogaya, mozhno pod sebya ee nemnogo podstroit i luche s vrachom prokonsyltirovatsya pered.. Tam y nego v knige vse podrobnee raspisano i recepty i rezhim zanyatii est', ya ee v biblioteke brala i sebe osnovnue punkty vupisala))
